50 minutes: Dealing with Everyday Complaints
John Ambrosio, Morris, Laing, Evans, Brock & Kennedy Chtd., Topeka

The purpose of this program is to trace a disciplinary complaint from the time it is received by the lawyers, preparing a response, meeting with the investigator and dealing with the formal process after a finding of probably cause. We will discuss how a lawyer is to handle this process and not make further problems for himself/herself by mishandling or ignoring a valid complaint.
